"DO NOT BUY TOTAL SCAM…"
They just rescheduled the lantern festival due to high winds, which would normally not be that big of a deal. But they did it a week before the original date and pushed it to September (7 months after original date). This is ridiculous. I requested a refund but it seems unlikely that I will receive one because I didn't purchase the $20 ticket protection scam. Save your money they are completely scamming you.

"Coachella 2023 Tickets!"
Absolutely amazed when I was able to purchase Coachella Tickets for 2023. I have been trying for years and this company made it happen!
The, my niece decided to get married and I had to return the tickets. I was amazed at how easy it was and how they were so accommodating. Bought the tickets one day, and the next I had to return them. They were gracious and so easy top work with. Outstanding company. Will purchase again.

I needed a refund and indicated the wrong email address. Lyte responded quickly and fixed the situation to allow for the refund to be processed.

"I can’t rave about this company enough"
I can’t rave about this company enough. It gave me the ability to get tickets to a sold out show without paying ridiculous scalper prices or having to worry about being scammed. I put in a ticket because initially when I tried to buy the tickets for an event there wasn’t an option to get in line live, I contacted support and Ryan got it fixed for me wicked fast and I got my ticket order filled a couple of weeks later!

"I was helped by Jazz"
I was helped by Jazz, there was a mix up with my initial order and it required I fix it but my email to fix issue was spammed but because of Jazz continuing to follow up with me I was able to catch the email, even though it was late but she was able to fix the issue issue right away. I am very thankful for Jazz and very satisfied with my experience 100%. Thankful that we will be able to attend our event on the day we most wanted it!!! Wonder customer service, friendly, and very helpful!!

"Wonderful customer service!"
There was a glitch with the system when I was trying to purchase a ticket directly from another seller. I contacted customer service, and they promptly fixed the issue (multiple duplicate credit card charges). Then, without prompting, Teresa, a representative, reached out and offered me 2 Burning Man tickets (extremely scarce!) and 1 vehicle pass! This was an extremely gracious and appreciated gesture. Because of their supreme customer service, my friend could go to BM!

"Charged me thousands of dollars for nothing"
Went to Lyte website to purchase tickets from a friend for an event. The payment page kept saying 'internal error' and didn't show it completing the purchase so I tried several times with different cards. Lyte charged ALL of my cards EVERY time and charged me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for NOTHING because I never even received any tickets.

"great customer service"
I emailed customer service since my tickets didn't show up online when I tried to access them. Jazz responded very promptly with explicit directions and....I was able to return my tickets.
Truly appreciated the prompt reply and friendly email from Jazz.

"Lyte has excellent support"
Lyte has excellent support! I opened two support requests related to some issues I had with my tickets and in both occasions the customer support agents responded within less than 1h and resolved my problems.
